Submission

Reminder: Please note that first you need to create an account on Symposia (the web management system) to be able to submit your abstract.

There are two types of presentations in the conference:

Oral Presentations*:

Authors are invited to log in first, and then to submit their abstracts following the instructions of the electronic submission form accessible from the below link.

All participants who wish to present their work at the conference have to submit an abstract (max. 300 words), including the authors’ first and last names, affiliation, and contact information.

New Final Submission Deadline: June 1st, 2015 

* NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE (FOR ORAL PRESENTATION) WILL BE SENT BY MAY 15, 2015   

Poster Presentations:

For the poster presentations, an abstract of max. 300 words needs to be submitted; this abstract will be available in the Book of Abstracts.

Furthermore, an introduction to the poster in a PowerPoint presentation of 1 slide (as a PDF file) needs to be submitted. This slide will be available, together with the Book of Abstracts, in an USB stick which is handed out to all participants.

The maximum dimensions of the poster should be 80 x 125 cm in portrait orientation.
