Registration fees
The registration fee for participants to Odysseus 2021 is:
- 950 $CAD (for early registration – until March 11, 2022) (new date)
- 1100 $CAD (for late registration – from March 12, 2022) (new date)
and includes:
- Welcome reception
- Conference bag and attendance to the scientific program
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Gala dinner
- Excursion
For PhD students registered in a Morrocan institution, the registration fee is exceptionally fixed to 3000MAD payable cash on site or 400CAD through the website.
Daily registration is 1500MAD payable cash on site or 200CAD through the website.
Daily registration and registration for PhD students in a Morrocan institution includes:
- Conference bag and attendance to the scientific program
- Lunches and coffee breaks
The registration fee for accompanying guests is:
- 350 $CAD (for early registration – until March 11, 2022) (new date)
- 400 $CAD (for late registration – from March 12, 2022) (new date)
and includes:
- Welcome reception
- Gala dinner
- Excursion

Registration Policies, Cancellations & Refunds
Please note that each participant is limited to one presentation. Furthermore, in order to be included in the final program, at least one of the authors must register to the workshop before the early registration deadline.
All cancellations must be sent in writing an email to odysseus2021@cirrelt.ca
Full refunds less a 75$CAD cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received before March 25, 2022 (new date). After this date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.
Refunds will be processed in the following ways:
- For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
