Regarding Wi-Fi access at the conference, there are two options:

• the eduroam network with the access provided by your institution of origin;
• the local Wi-Fi provided by HEC for the event: 
• network (SSID): Événements-HEC
• password: Sept.HEC25!

All breaks and lunches will be in the Centre de conférence Claude -Séguin (A.373ab) on the third floor. The welcome session and keynotes will be in the Amphithéâtre Rachelle et Alain-Paris (A.335) also on the third floor, while the sessions will be in rooms Louis-R.-Chênevert (C.403) on the fourth floor, Helsinki (C.521) and Saïd Business School (C.539) on the fifth floor. 

There is a cocktail reception on Wednesday, September 3rd, at 4:45pm in the Centre de conférence Claude -Séguin (A.373ab).

The banquet will be held on Thursday, September 4th, at 6pm at the Faculty Club of McGill University at 3450 McTavish Street, within 20 min from the conference location.
