    OR-Tools are the complete of tools built internally at Google to solve optimization problems. In includes Constraint Programming, Local Search, Routing, Scheduling, Math Programming, and
    some graph algorithms. We will present the design choices that defines its architecture, as
    well as the features that became necessary in an industrial environment.
