The INFORMS Technical Section on Telecommunications solicits papers and extended abstracts for its tenth biennial conference. The theme of the conference is large scale optimization tools in telecommunications network design and management. The conference organizers invite you to submit theoretical and applied work that highlights the conference theme. Specific areas of interest include (but are not limited to) network design, network management, data mining, national and international policy making, new technologies and business models, and convergence of digital and mobile technologies.
