Registration page

Registration to the 2023 conference includes the WCTRS membership fees for 3 years (from 80 to 230 CAD$, depending on status and country), attendance to regular sessions, special sessions and plenaries during 4 and a half days, the opening reception, 4 midday lunches and 8 coffee breaks, and the technical visits.  We have the pleasure to announce that it also includes a Weekly Public Transport Pass that will cover all your trips during the week, including the bus between the airport and downtown. 

Registration fees are differentiated by your country of affiliation:  where you work or study.  Please see the list of the World Bank List of Countries if you are not sure in which category is your country of affiliation: High INCOME (HI) / Upper Middle INCOME (UMI) / Lower Middle INCOME (LMI) / Low INCOME (LI).  

All payments must be made using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard).  No other means of payment is accepted.

Students from UMI, LMI and LI countries are asked to provide a proof for lower fees at registration:  scan/picture or PDF of student card or proof of enrollment.

The participation to the Evening Gala, at a cost of 200$CAD, is not included in the fees. The Gala will be held on July 20th evening.

If you have allergies, please provide details in the Comment box at the end of the registration form.

Refund policy:  refunds are made only under exceptional circumstances (non-predictable reason), subject to the availability of funds.  No refund will be made before the conference.   Please subscribe to a personal insurance if you have reasons to believe that you may not be able to attend the conference.  We do not provide an insurance service.
